Rocky Mountain Twist is in search of an experienced results-driven sales representative to sell power tool accessories to new and existing retail customers.  Under the direction of the Sales and Marketing Director, the Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing existing retail customer accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within designated time frame
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of the hardware industry and trends
  • Suggest new ideas and products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years proven work experience as a sales representative with a proven track record for success
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent telephone personality skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Ability to build productive professional business relationships
  • Ability to create and deliver professional presentations tailored to the customer's needs
  • Some travel may be required
